Pack 734 is hosting an outing to the Museum of Science and Industry on Saturday, September 13, at 10AM (when it opens). Parents, siblings, and friends are welcome. We need to have at least 15 participants to obtain the group rate of $7/person, so please respond to the participation email. For the group rate, they would like one payment for all participants, so Pack 734 will pay the entrance fee. Other family members can reimburse the Pack as you can.
There is no restaurant at the museum, but you can bring a small cooler with snacks that they will store for you until needed. There are vending machines.
The admission includes viewing of one of their digital dome theater shows. Scheduled are: 10:30 AM:Oasis in Space
11:45 AM:Expedition Reef
1:00 PM:Astronaut
Be prepared to make a selection when you enter.
MOSI is located at 4801 E Fowler Avenue, Tampa, across from USF. There are many interactive exhibits and demonstrations that are fun and educational.
